Quantum Laser Lab is located inside District Studios South (11012 Macleod Trl SE) on the 7th floor of the Executive Tower. The studio is located within a coworking space and has plenty of parking. Once parked, take the elevator to the 7th floor and take a left. The concierge will greet you once you arrive for your appointment.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking for guests!
What if the building is locked?
After 6pm on weekdays and all day Sunday, the building is locked to the public. If you have an appointment, please use the intercom at the doors and dial 4450.
What is expected prior to my appointment?
Prior to your appointment, you should have received an email to fill out paperwork. To save time, please have this filled out in advance so we can optimize your treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require:
48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule treatment appointments.
24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule complimentary consultations.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Treatment appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed entirely, will be charged $100 per hour reserved to the card on file.
Complimentary touch-ups cancelled within 48 hours or missed will be forfeited.
Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed, will incur a $75 + tax fee. All fees are non-negotiable and must be paid before rebooking.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may need to be rescheduled and will be processed as a no-show.
Touch-Up Appointments
Complimentary touch-ups must be booked and completed within 12 weeks of the original treatment. Missed or late-cancelled touch-ups are forfeited. Any further touch-ups will be charged at the minimum $250 laser rate.
Complimentary Consultations
New clients may book a free 45-minute consultation (no card required). A credit card will be required for any future treatment bookings.
